Our company was originally set up to increase gender balance and female leadership in aviation and the sustainable aviation fuel area, so has been embedded from day 1.

What have we done to ensure this work?

Before the pandemic we had a remote working policy to increase flexibility

We frequently write about DEI, gender balance and

We ensure any webinars we create are gender balanced or give opportunities to female leaders or younger team members to gain visibility and experience

We work with students to support their careers develop

We feedback to conference producers if the speaker lists are not gender balanced

We made our founder CEO to ensure she is invited to the senior meetings

We promote international women’s day and other initiatives

We support other female startup founders

We invite female leaders to project work and endeavour to have a balance project to gain perspectives, context and understanding

We give budget or pay to female leaders when we can

We respond to gender and DEI based RFPs

We continually work to bring equity to everything we do, we call out and we call in
